Needham Roofing announced the completion of Westgate Villas Resort, a resort operated by Central Florida Investments and located just south of Walt Disney World. The roofing project consisted of replacing over 8,000 squares of tile and repairing over 3,000 additional squares of tile. After suffering multiple hurricanes from Charley, Fran, and Jeanne at Westgate Villas, Central Florida Investments relied heavily on Needham Roofing's expertise with wind damage to help settle the insurance claim.
As a resort property with thousands of vacationers throughout the property, the job had many intricacies that could not be overlooked. Combining extensive planning, strict guidelines, and a great team, Needham Roofing completed the project ahead of schedule and free of incident. "I believe the greatest compliment an owner can give us after a large and complex roofing project," says Steve Needham, "is to give us additional work on their other properties." And that's precisely what Central Florida Investments has done since The Westgate Villas job. Needham Roofing has since completed River Ranch Resort and Grenelefe Resort each located in Central Florida and is currently in process at Westgate in the Woods located in Branson, Missouri.
